These courses are research based, and provide lots of strategies and resources to help classroom assistants enhance the effectiveness of their role in steering and guiding the learning of all students. Classroom assistants should leave these sessions feeling confident, enabled and empowered to support and supplement the high-quality learning and teaching across the curriculum.
