Classroom assistants are one of the most valuable resources schools have in order to promote and improve Literacy levels, as they are instrumental in providing interventions, boosting the confidence of students and enabling students to access their learning.
‘... their role is a developing one, consisting of providing emotional support for pupils in their care and using knowledge and skills to assist in the development of children’s learning while maintaining an excellent level of support for both the teacher and the school community.’ (UKEssays. We have used Learnspark for a number of years now to deliver support and training for parents and students to get them revision ready. They have a wealth of knowledge to share and are so entertaining! Parents in particular have found the support invaluable and we have found the sessions an excellent starting point to develop our partnership with parents in their child's learning.

The staff and students in St Patrick’s College have benefited greatly from the training and workshops provided to us over the years from Learn Spark. We have been inspired and supported in our journey to raise standards and meet the needs of students through the sessions we have participated in. We have enjoyed the high energy, interactive, engaging and progressive content and delivery. We have found ourselves returning to Learn Spark to secure new tailored training to help us meet the objectives set out in our School Development Plan and we are always assured that the content is both current and creative, solution focused and relevant.

We have worked with Learn Spark in several areas across our school. The workshops and support provided, whether to further enhance our professional capacity or to build the wider skill set of our students or engage positively with parents, have all been interesting, engaging, energetic and beneficial to all involved. Paul and his team provide a first-rate service and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
