This 1.5-hour virtual session is designed to help teachers and educationalists strengthen their assertiveness and leadership skills in their school or college setting.
Seminar Overview:
During the seminar, we will explore:
- Assertiveness in Leadership: Explore the importance of assertiveness in effective leadership and how it enhances communication, boundary-setting, and fosters a positive school environment.
- Assertive Communication Skills: Learn practical techniques to communicate confidently, provide constructive feedback, and handle difficult interactions and conversations with respect.
- Confidence in Decision-Making: Strengthen your ability to make decisions assertively, stand by your choices, and encourage collaboration.

Seminars will take place from 3:45 PM to 5:15 PM and will be delivered virtually from our Learn Spark Studio. The seminars won’t be like your typical online experience; they will embody the Learn Spark spirit, full of high energy and engagement, all in a virtual format.
