This 1.5-hour virtual session is designed for Literacy Coordinators in schools and colleges to strengthen their approach to assessing literacy progress and refining their literacy vision and policies.

Seminar Overview:

During the seminar, we will explore:

  1. Current Literacy Practices: Evaluate existing literacy policies and strategies within your institution to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Developing a Literacy Vision and Aims: Learn to create a clear literacy vision aligned with school goals, and establish achievable aims to enhance literacy across your school or college.
  3. Strategic Planning for Literacy: Gain insights into creating strategic action plans that align with your schools or college’s literacy goals, and involve key stakeholders.

Course Details:

  • Duration: 1.5 hours.
  • Target Audience: Literacy Co-ordinators in schools and colleges.
  • Format: Interactive discussions and practical planning exercises.
  • Outcome: Refine your literacy vision and strategy, equipping you with the tools to drive literacy excellence across your school or college.

Seminars will take place from 3:45 PM to 5:15 PM and will be delivered virtually from our Learn Spark Studio. The seminars won’t be like your typical online experience; they will embody the Learn Spark spirit, full of high energy and engagement, all in a virtual format.
