Learn Spark Ltd was established in 2011 by Paul Gray, a passionate educator dedicated to transforming the educational landscape. Paul’s journey began as a teacher after graduating from Queen’s University Belfast and the University of London (Institute of Education) with a PGCE. He later returned to Queen’s University Belfast to complete his Master’s Degree in Organisation and Management, graduating with Distinction. With a decade of classroom experience, Paul then moved to roles with the Education Authority for Northern Ireland (EANI) and as an education manager for the Council for Curriculum, Examination and Assessment (CCEA).
Driven by his unwavering passion for education, training, and development, Paul founded Learn Spark to provide highly engaging. relevant and research-based training and support.
Learn Spark's mission is to connect with schools and their staff and students on a personal level, truly understanding and addressing their unique developmental needs. We employ a strong team of trainers, all fully qualified teachers with years of experience, and are supported by a robust backroom team of admin staff who ensure, amongst other things, that all systems are working as they should.
Learn Spark continues to be a dynamic and growing organisation, delivering impactful training across the UK and Ireland. We have proudly supported over 400 schools, colleges and education organisations, having worked with tens of thosands of teachers, students, classroom assistants / learning support assistants, parents, governors and support staff.
